For Caramel: – 50ml water (¼ cup) – 1 Tbsp Cornstarch – 75g Sugar (⅓ cup) – 50ml water (¼ cup)
Instructions: 1. In a saucepan, melt 100 g of butter 2. Add 120g All-purpose flour whisk continuously until it starts to thicken 3. Add little by little 1 liter of milk and whisk continuously, Don’t worry, the lumps will disappear while whisking 4. Add 75g Sugar (⅓ cup) and 1 Tsp of vanilla extract, continue to whisk until thickened 5. Remove from heat and Place it in a dish 6. in a bowl, mix 50ml water (¼ cup) with 1 Tbsp Cornstarch 7. In a saucepan, put 75g of Sugar (⅓ cup) 8. caramelized the sugar until amber in color (you must stop mixing so that the sugar does not crystallize)
