A very good but underwhelming dinner last night. Food was decent, service was spectacular. The shrimp came out cold, the spaghetti with girolles was crazy salty.
The staff were amazing.

How many times did they replace your bread basket? Ate here last year and I think they replaced it 3x even though we never finished it.

I remember when lunch here was under 100…
Went ~10 years ago (feb 2015) – was sitting at the corner, it look the same!
Great experience but felt the same as you – ”great service, great tasting BUT…” the cannoli is what I remember and it feeling like a French Michelin restaurant – butter, cream, and a lot of calories.
Robuchon in Vegas is also very skippable
