    Tanta fatica per poi rovinare i ravioli alla carne con un condimento che non c’entra nulla!!!!! Mozzarella e basilico! Ma siete proprio barbari, le vostre papille gustative sono atrofizzate!!!!! Bleah!!!

    Your ravioli look great op, if I can give a suggestion tho, fresh basil and tomato sauce isn’t the best sauce for meat ravioli cause they have a strong taste and need a more strong/structured sauce (or something more neutral).

    Even a tomato sauce would work, but without basil and cooked for a longer time so it loses the fresh flavour and becomes more rich.

    The taste of that sauce is really fresh and it suits better other kinds of ravioli, like the ricotta and spinach ones for example, that have a more delicate flavor .
