First of all, all kind and constructive feedback is appreciated. How does my crumb look? Second and most importantly; what does everyone use to cut their sourdough? I just realized what I thought was a bread knife…is in the trash now.

I used this recipe; https://youtu.be/-Kstk0C3m8M?si=V63kG3S-2ixTzBy-
I’ve bought new bread knives and still struggle like a weakling. I think it’s just the bread. I find standing it on its side helps.
Bread looks great! For a knife, I bought [this one](https://amzn.eu/d/3AQgXQD) which cuts like a dream, comes with a sheath, and looks like a baguette!
Nice tattoo ❤️
I just use [mercer millennias](https://amzn.eu/d/jiWFU1v) for beater tasks like bread and replace the serrated however often it dulls
Taking up the sourdough sure reveals the importance of a good bread knife.
I went a week after my first loaf before I caved and got a knife that didn’t make me want to throw my bread out the window.

Your loaf is very nice along with the crumb!
Not bad for a first try. Let me share what someone taught me:
If there are cracks or tears where you didn’t score the bread or in a direction which you didn’t score it, it’s most likely under fermented
