That’s what it’s all about. The enjoyment of delicious meat. Good looking cook 👍

No black gloves and you didn’t squeeze every last ounce of juice out of it with your bare hands. Downvoted. Jk looks great

What tips here you learned that helped? Looks great btw.

Just let me know when you’re done cooking it

The steak looks amazing, please don’t cut it on camera next time.

I feel like salting it for that long sucks out all of the moisture/juiciness

Nice knife. I own the same one. And as far as those who say ya aren’t using the right knife… The right knife for any job is the sharpest and we both know just how sharp we can hone that German steel. I’d take 1 quality knife over a set of garbage any day.

  8. Hopefully thats not black mold on your wooden spatula.

Sorry forgot to add, thats a great cook! Good job!

Now for your next trick. How to hold a knife.

Keep working at it. Needs more sear and knife skills. But you’ll get there eventually.

I didn’t know they let lefties use knives. I guess you learn something new everyday.

Lost me at “250 in oven” …All a steak needs is…Salt/pepper a hot cast iron pan, some butter and cook it for 4-5 minutes a side, thats it. No steak shoul ever see the inside of an oven….Thats steak abuse…lol.

  13. Looks great but I prefer more of a sear! 8/10 though, very nice
