  1. It’s reusable and beats a cardboard cup. This one gets a pass.

  2. borderline. At least it looks like it’s made from stainless steel. Still wouldn’t step foot in an A&W if it’s the same as the one I’ve seen in Orlando.

I actually think it is cute. Fast food fries aren’t served on a plate anyway.

The real fail is that you’re eating in the restaurant and didn’t get a frosty mug.

These fuckers need to bring back the Sriracha Teen Burger ASAP

Is A&W an actual restaurant? Always thought it was just the root beer

It’s easy to clean, sturdy, looks more interesting than a paper/plastic cup, is more environmentally friendly than a plastic cup, and when it’s put on a plate keeps the fries from falling into any sauce the other food might be using.

It’s indeed not a plate, but I prefer this over the fries just laying on a plate honestly. And they’re used quite a lot in restaurants in my country.

A&w is great other than the pricing (atleast in canada)

I am for this. Keeps them warm rather than on a plate. And they are easily cleaned.

This is pretty standard in many places. It’s fine.

The holes keep the fires crispy all around, I legitimately like these

Mini fryer baskets are so adorable! I saw little ones like that advertised at ikea a couple years ago and I missed out and I’m still so sad. 🙁

I actually like these. The fries stay hot because they’re bunched together, but they don’t get softened by condensation because of the battery of the mesh. At least it’s washable and not a stupid mini chopping board or worse lol

I’ve always loved this about A&W. I think they’re the only place that kind of has that throwback feel with a lot of their stuff as well; ie the frosted mugs
