I’ve been char-smoking my salsa for about 14 years. Never tried the bullion thing. What does it bring to the table?

    My recipe

4 tomatoes on vine, firm but ripe
    1 jalepeno
    1 Anaheim
    1 poblano
    1/2 slice of red onion
    4 roasted garlic cloves
    Juice of 1 lime
    2/3 head of cilantro
    Dried mexican oregano
    Generous pinch of Maldon salt

    All in the blender

Hi. I am new to this and think this is close to what I want to make. It appears you did that in the oven. How do you smoke? Grill? Meat smoker?

    I have to ask…

Do you put the salsa on the boiled goodies?

No reason not to, but it’s not something I would have thought of myself.
