Some time back I had tried making the tuscan Cantuccini.

I discovered Cantuccini through my trip to Italy, more precisely in Tuscany, where I had sojourned. Cantuccini is usually had as a dessert in Tuscany. It is accompanied by a little glass of a sweet wine known as Vin Santo. The cantucci is eatent by dipping it in the wine. Just marvelous!!
