Beans and spinach in a lemon garlic broth, garlic yogurt, ciabatta baguette
No real recipe, just literally what's in the title (plus olive oil, s&p, oregano). So good!

The automod prompted me to add a full recipe, so here is what I used:
1 can large Lima beans, rinsed
2c garlic broth (can sub chicken, veggie broth)
1/2 lb frozen spinach
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
Cook gently in a saucepan for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, add lemon juice to taste (I used the juice of 1/2 a large lemon). Serve with plain yogurt (or garlic yogurt), drizzle of olive oil, bread.
