What does the addition of olive oil, even premium oo, do for taste of sandwiches? Genuinely curious. Always get on my good sandwich creations but I can’t say I was ever able to pinpoint what the oo brings. Likes it’s so subtle to me that leaving it out wouldn’t dramatically change taste or texture to the point it’s a must have.
