I’ve made a bunch of roast beef (Beef roasts? Not sure how to make that plural), and they’ve pretty much all come out great. But sometimes they’re not really what I’m looking for. What I would like to recreate is something like you would buy sliced at the grocery store. Similar to Boar’s Head or Sara Lee, pic for reference of what I mean.
Does anyone have a good recipe for that style roast beef? Should I inject and brine it? Is it even possible to make at home.
