Add some roughage to your diet, any vegetable will do. All jokes aside I’m hungry now.

  2. GenerousStray

Do 13 yo nowadays easily consume 5 eggs and a full steak in one sitting?

  3. Upset_Pipe_1926

For 13, buddy, keep it up!! Excellent job, steak needs a bit higher heat to get a lil crispy and the eggs being broke is just something you’ll fix with time… got me craving steak and eggs now tho.

  4. Season from higher up for a more even coverage, unless you like all the salt and pepper being in 1 spot.

Also, eat a complete meal and don’t pay attention to fad diets like this carnivore shit. Your kidneys will thank you

Where’s the hash browns? Where are the biscuit’s and strawberry preserves? You have a very excellent start though. 😀

  6. bornincali65

Looks good though I would only consume 2 eggs and drink a V8 with this.

The eggs don’t look like you had enough butter in the pan to me or maybe you cooked it after the steak in the same pan?

  8. SlappyMcB

steak looks solid, not sure what you did to make those eggs look like that, though

The steak and eggs schtick seems to be popular on here – I get it – the protein, the good ole American breakfast, et cetera. Frankly I think it’s because “pan hot, egg cook” and you don’t need to use more pans or skill for a “classic” meal. Go to any noteworthy steak place in New York or Chicago. None have eggs as a side. There’s a reason for that. Try a roasted asparagus, a creamed spinach. Mashed potato, pommes frites.

Just another general comment because I read through some of the others. This is a high protein and high fat meal. I am a body builder extremely low body fat and I eat like this daily. I don’t have any health or heart concerns and get checked regularly. So this message goes out to OP.

If you like to eat like this or worse, I regularly crush like whole pizzas on the weekends for fun with the help of marijuana, you should exercise much much more. Take your love of food and turn it into the fuel for your new life. Track your food religiously and make sure to hit your macros. Spend 2-3 hours a day lifting weights and you’ll be a god amongst men. I started around your age, I was maybe a little more fit already but in my 30s I look and feel like I am in my 20s and I have had hella luck with the ladies, career advancement, and other successes attributed to the fact I am physically fit and attractive because of it. Everyone loves this type of food and wants to eat it on the regular and all you have to do is earn it every day.

Don’t worry you did good, I’m going to tell you right now at your age steak and eggs cooked is pretty good..

I could promise you there is a high percentage of people on this app that couldn’t cook that, and they are in their thirties.

A high percentage of people have no clue how to cook an actual meal, they know how to order on Uber eats, they know how to order at a restaurant, but they couldn’t cook the meal if their life depended on it.

Add some fiber to your meal, in whatever form you prefer.

  13. RasStocks

Great cooking at 13! Could get a harder sear but other than that looks like an amazing breakfast!

  14. Dm-me-a-gyro

I’d put some red pepper flakes and sumac on the eggs instead of just all that pepper. And I love pepper

  15. rubberhead

Your pan is too hot to cook the eggs. You’re cooking them too fast at too high a heat, hence the scorched exterior/bubbly texture and runny interior.

Just above medium low is the sweet spot and take your time. After you flip them, pull them off the heat and wait a minute to a minute thirty, depending on how cooked you want your yolks.

Just need some toast and some home fires or hashbrowns

  17. Phonktrax

    Compound butter.
Fresh Chives and sage cut up tiny.
1-2 sticks of butter left out to be soft.
Mix it all up with a pinch of salt. Wrap it into a drug balloon and throw it in the fridge.
Cut a sliver off and throw it on steak. YUM

  18. TheBattleTroll

My only add is to use fresh ground pepper instead of that dust.

  19. Complete_Resolve_400

Egg seasoning is very centred. Try and spread it around more for a more even taste

    Steak looks good

Try adding some veggies? Tenderstem broccoli goes insanely hard with this

  20. HaremEllen

The big problem is that it’s on the table in front of you, not in front of me, that looks delicious

  21. Hotter skillet for a better crust and more rare inside. Looks fantastic otherwise!

  22. sashathefearleskitty

Nothing, absolutely nothing. That looks delicious.

  23. villicious_65

Improve on shipping this to me so I can eat it. Also next time add home fries.

  24. emmysdadforever

This is one of my favorite meals.I like to add a cup of white rice too.
