    I would use a different plate. That one gives my chinese buffet sushi vibes. Maybe in a wide shallow bowl plate sauce in center, shiitake and then tempura on top of the mushroom but off the sauce. Replace lettuce with green onion as garnish. Not a lot to finesse here but simple can be good too.

    Is there a reason there is a giant lollipop stick in the lobster? It feels totally unnecessary and would get in the way of me enjoying a satisfying bite. Lobster is so tender and great tempura is a textural compliment to that.

    Rarely if ever do we need this sort of extra way to pick up good quality tempura especially when eating with chopsticks.
