Im no expert but those don’t look like Serrano

so what was your process – i’m guessing you used a dehydrator if those were fresh? – or did you dry them out naturally? i’m asking bc i have a mess of peppers left on my plants that i want to use (same thought, make pepper powder) and it sounds like your powder came out great

Those aren’t serranos, theyre cayenne.

Those look like cayenne to me. Serranos aren’t wrinkly and they’re thicker bois than what you have here. Either way, they’re beautiful and congrats on your chili powder!! 🌶️
