There are a lot of ways to cook lentil soup, and this is our family's favourite.
I will link the recipe. It's versatile. I have substituted burghul with quinoa before.
I also sometimes add a small amount of meat to give the soup a bit more taste and texture (for my husband!).
And it's very easy to cook in an instant pot (20' high pressure).

Thanks for this. Will give it a try as have majority of ingredients on hand. Was debating what to go with next for my bulgur after doing a tomato Pilaf.
