Bread on 2 sides when folded, meat, sauce, and veggies. Definitely a sammie in my book. Its been over 22 years since i’ve had a good one, chicago was full of joints that served good gyros.

Lucky for me I have a very small shop nearby ran by an old Greek family that serves up made from scratch Gyros that kick like Van Damme. They serve them up so damn big you can’t even finish them in one sitting. Think that might be diner tonight.

Had 1 last night at the fair. My buddy just got back from Greece where he said they put fresh cut fries on all of their Gyro’s so I had them throw them on mine. Delightful! Wit Xtra Tzatziki!
