We’re wrapping up our Summer Sandwich Series at my bagel shop and this one’s closing it out. It’s our collab with Sean Brock, inspired by the Recession Special at Robert’s Western World. Fried Frippers bologna, Sean’s pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato, and potato chips on a mustard and cheddar bagel (we hit the top after the boil with whole grain mustard and pickled mustard seeds and top with sharp cheddar).
