I love his work, but am I the only crazy one that wipes the current condiment from the knife with a towel before moving into the next condiment? I fear cross contamination of some kind for myself.

Everything would be perfect if not for the cross contamination of rubbing the one spreader with butter on the bread, spreading honey mustard and that other stuff then dunking it in the mayo.
I just wish it was visibly wiped off or that he used multiple utensils.
