I got my Profitec go earlier this week. Haven’t had time to really use it but I decided to (try) and make myself a nice affogato. I used Tanzania beans from Roastery in Ohrid. It was absolutely delicious!

    How do you have an unsuccessful affogato? They are pretty forgiving.

    I actually bought Ninja Creami to make my own homemade sugar free vanilla ice cream and then used my gaggia to make affogato. And also coffee flavoured ice cream. :)))

    I classify my cookies and cream ice cream topped with ChefMan espresso as successful so 🤷

  5. I know at least 2 people that prefer their espresso shot to be rapidly chilled before being poured over the ice cream, because they can’t stand the texture of soft melty ice cream. I love a hot shot over mine though.
