diagnosed with hereditary high blood pressure at 28 and my husband has heart failure due to a congenital defect. this is the healthiest diet for us. some of these foods are mediterranean adjacent but a very filling lunch!
- heavily seasoned salmon cooked in air fryer
- spinach, blackberry and dried apricot salad with raspberry vinaigrette
- lemon butter quinoa

Looks awesome. I was also diagnosed with high blood pressure at 28. It sucks, but this way of eating should be helpful for keeping things from progressing. Much love!
