Today's lunch are the small sea bass I got yesterday. So here's the recipe!
For 2 servings
4 small seabasses around (300gr each or 2 bigger like 500gr each),
I put in a small blender olive oil, lemon juice, dry white wine, oregano, salt, fresh parsley, chopped green peppers,a bit of water and you can add a chopped garlic clove, too. The mixture should cover almost half of the fish up until the mid back fin. Cook in a preheated oven at 200C the time depends on the fish size these small ones didn't do more than 40-45 minutes. But I know they're ready once the meat starts to separate from the bone in the back of the fish.!

Enjoy!
