    I was wondering how long you boil them for? I’ve made bagels a few times with varying levels of success but I can’t quite get the texture right and I think it comes down to the boil….

    I’d also take any shaping tips that you have because I get very lumpy bagels sometimes .

    Most importantly, these look amazing!
