Slice it, lightly season it and then grill it. The seeds which have now developed in this size zucchini will soften and be edible along with the meat of it. The only thing now is the skin is tough at this point so it will not be so edible.
If you are really wanting to make zucchini boats then slice it long ways carve it the seeds and fill it just about anything you like. I will sometimes make a bolognese meat sauce then fill and bake the zucchini.

At that size it is not as good for the normal zuke recipes. Best bet is to cut it long-wise in half, scoop out inside and stuff it, then bake it. Alternatively throw it in a food processor and then zucchini bread

I mean, I only have one memory of a family member cooking a marrow, but from what I remember they stuffed it with herby sausage meat, onions and other veg, baked it, and served it in slices.

Hopefully someone will let me know if this is a real meal or a culinary fever dream.

I exclusively make zucchini bread when I’ve got ones this big. You can probably make 3-4 loafs out of this

Congrats that’s huge!! You can grill half now and chop up the other and store it in the freezer.

I peel the skin off, scoop the seeds, then cut up into 3-4 inch strips, bread it and bake a few minutes to set the beading, then freeze. Pop them in the air fryer when you want zucchini fries.

Just had a chorizo stuffed squash last night. Chorizo, brown rice, onions, garlic, mushrooms, roasted cauliflower and melted queso on top.

Whatever you do be careful not to drop it on your toes! Looks heavy.
