Hi, new to canning. Made a bunch of the jalepeno salsa about 1.5 weeks ago. There are bubbles in it though. Not going to lie, a bit I opened a can and it smells ok but is this normal? I did de-bubble and have a 1/2 headspace. I just shook the jar a little bit so that's why it may appear like it doesn't have that.
