My parents recently went abroad and left behind a bunch of cuts of unlabeled meat. I haven’t really been cooking any of it because I can’t tell what it is. Is anyone able to help me identify these visually?

Anyways, the last one is part of pork shoulder (Boston butt/pork pot roast) The second is a lean pork roast (what you’d cut boneless chops out of) The first appears to be part of a pork shoulder as well, could use it for stew or add it to the other shoulder piece in a pot roast.
