Depending on space and plate/dish style you could use boiling water to keep in the dish to stay warm. Dump and wipe dry as well as insures a clean and sanitized plating surface. I use it when I'm making tea for my friends. Helps the tea stay warmer longer

Love it! I usually use the whole egg myself just gives it a little more…. Uh…. Viscous? Haha
You should also try microwaving your fork so that the pasta stays hot longer!
