Ingredients: frozen chicken breasts prepared in instant pot (season chicken breasts, pour a cup of broth or water in bottom of instant pot, place trivet in pot, place frozen chicken breasts on top of trivet and pressure cook for 12-13 mins). The “sauce” on top is a dollop of spinach artichoke dip from ALDI (comes pre made). Veggies are chopped mini yellow potatoes, chopped broccoli, and chopped zucchini seasoned with a lot of spices plus olive oil and a bit of apple cider vinegar. Roasted at 375° for 40min. About $2.50 per dinner
