It's a few dishes from his upcoming Cincinnati chili parlor concept La Verne's. I had the chili dog last night and will be going back for the spaghetti tonight.     the pop up was so so delicious, the guys were so friendly, AND they had grippos

    their chili was the perfect combination of familiar enough to alleviate homesickness with enough of a twist to feel elevated and exciting
