Sourdough bread with trader Joe's tinned calamari and chimichurri, tabbouleh, sauteed squash, chicken with chimichurri, artichokes

I saw a post that the calamari tasted better without the oil that was in the tin so I drained and rinsed it then quickly, sauteed it in some olive oil and garlic, then added salt.

Chimichurri was just chopped parsley, shallot, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.

Tabbouleh was the boxed bulgar and spices with chopped parsley, mint, and cucumbers then lemon juice and olive oil.
