My first time ever making bread and it’s sourdough!! It looks so much nicer than I thought it would and I hope it looks this nice once I slice into it 😅😅
The shape is a bit wonky cause the silicone mat was a bit too big but I don’t mind!

here’s the cross section! It tastes fine but the texture is a bit chewy? I don’t know if it’s from the recipe or if I should’ve baked it more.
It looks great, I’ve been doing bread for two years and your first looks better than many of my actual bread 🤣
