I have been growing in a room off my parents porch. It is completely covered and has floor to ceiling windows on 2-4 of the walls. The plants shot up originally and now have this yellowing of leaves. I sprayed with nataria Neem oil on all my variety of plants ~5 days ago and did not seem to help. Soil is very dry as i haven't watered today. Usually alternate between bottom and top watering. Do we think this is a pest issue or a lack of nutrients issue?
It is still flowering, but not producing any fruit. Greenhouse temps have varied, but have finally gotten that figured out as the vent fan has been fixed 🙌

I wish we had neem oil available where I live but from my understanding of it, it shouldn’t cause this issue with pepper plants and it wouldn’t fix it.
My inclination is to think it is lacking some nitrogen. It’s kind of difficult to see the size of your pot but it could be a contributing factor.
Judging from the size of the plant relative to the space it won’t be a huge bush so it’s probably time to switch to a balanced fertilizer like 5-5-5 until the yellowing is fixed and then to a phosphorus dominant one to encourage flowers and fruits.
Being enclosed like it is I’m not sure how long your growing season is so if you are in a crunch for time you might want to give it a dose of elemental nitrogen until your slow release fertilizers can break down.
I would look into magnesium deficiency due to the main veins staying green but yellowing internally.
