Glad this place is open again after closing the Astoria branch. Ramen menu is (from what I remember) close to their old menu.

I think their noodles are handmade each day, super fresh and chewy. Almost like small udon noodles.

Their salad is great, possibly my favorite in the city. Unfortunately, it’s half as much salad as you used to get for the same price, but oh well.

The chicken wings are fantastic, and at $4 for 2 during happy hour, not a terrible deal.

Shuya has gotten even better since their last location! Really high quality broth, toppings and house made noodles.

LOVE Shuya. It’s currently tied with Ramen Ishida for my favorite ramen in NYC. Have you tried OKONOMI/Yuji? They have a pop-up next to Koreatown. I tried it today and quite enjoyed it.
