My first batch of peppers! What should I do with them????? Definitely trying to smoke my red jalapenos to make them a chipotle, but I dunno other than that? How do I smoke them in my oven??

You can dehydrate them in your oven, but if you want to smoke them I would recommend at least a BBQ or an outdoor fire pit/charcoal fire pit.
