Too many nuts my friend, and I wouldn’t put them there, they look rather messy, and frankly without my glasses I thoughtt this was barf at first.
Peanuts and pistachios would make a good sauce, especially if you get a harder char on that corn, would be nice together.

Not a big fun of the nuts. Never had it combined with seabass before. A corn puree with the corn would pair well. If you really want the nuts for texture, roasted salted pistachios sound nice. Not a big fan of just peanuts thrown in raw unless its a nut bowl.
