Breakfast for the week—baked egg whites with mushrooms, spinach, uncured chicken bacon, feta, and white onions. I topped today’s slice with avocado, low fat Greek yogurt, sriracha, and fresh parsley.

250 cal for anyone interested.

    How’s the uncured chicken bacon?

    Never had it before, just curious?

    Also it looks really good. Though I probably would skip the yogurt because I don’t know how I would feel about yogurt with avocado and sriracha
