OK I just watched this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVFcNCsiZII) and really want to try Sweet Water Noodles (Tian Shui Mian). I found only one thread, from 2 years ago, which recommended Alley 41. Anyone know where I can find this dish in Manhattan? Someone suggested Sky Pavilion but I don't see it on their menu.
If I do need to go to Alley 41, I would probably want to do somewhat of a food crawl. Any recommended food crawl ideas for Queens Chinatown? Preference for Sichuan and Hunan, where possible.
