Eating the Single Best Pastry in Chicago

I made the trek to Kasama last Friday to try the fabled truffle croissant ($15), and my god, it was incredible! I loved the crunch of the sugar crystals, and the flaky croissant layers coupled with the honey drizzle almost gave it the vibe of like… a truffle baklava. Unique, delicious, and exactly what I needed after the end of a long week. Thank you!
