Ingredients:
– 3 guajillo peppers
– 2 serrano peppers
– 1 jalapeño
– 4 Roma tomatoes
– 6 chile de árbol
– 2 garlic cloves
– ¼ bunch cilantro
– ¼ large onion
– ½ tablespoon dried oregano
– Pinch of cumin
– 1 cup chicken stock
– Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Roast the tomatoes, serranos, and jalapeño until slightly charred.
  2. Remove the seeds from the guajillo peppers. In a pot, add the guajillo peppers, chile de árbol, garlic cloves, onion, oregano, cumin, and chicken stock. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Blend all the simmered ingredients with the roasted vegetables, cilantro, and salt to taste.
