Two things you never eat on airplane: steaks (will be overcooked) and fresh seafood (will get you sick). Go with chicken/pork which still taste good even overcooked.
Edit: unless it is international First Class, then all in with $10,000 ticket eating airplane steaks…

Honestly first class food was pretty surprising to me. It does feel like it’s hit or miss though.

Looking at it I know it’s not that good. But seeing how they cared so much to properly lay it out. It has to be a little good.

what class and airline out of interest?!
That’s pretty incredible, considering they don’t cook on planes. How done was it?
Did you have to pay extra for it?
Steaks on a plane
That looks like microwaved liver lol
I have never had a decent steak on a commercial flight, tried plenty, but wouldn’t even bother ordering it these days. They are all reheated junk.
I’m sure as a one-off, it would be a ‘half decent’ experience for the novelty factor, but nothing more.
Did you enjoy it?
It looks kinda weird….and also like it has lava tubes running through it. Hopefully it was good.
What cut is that?
i’ll raise you a bone-in filet (cathay pacific first class)
