Finally got to make Sourdough in a professional environment!

The three loaf types:

Sun-dried Tomato and Dill
Olive Tapenade
Normal

Been working as a Baker at a Private Country Club for around 6 months. We have a wedding cater and they ordered 60 loaves.

Was nice to use what got me into baking in a professional environment!
