Dalla Forma is described as "unique Italian preparation method where freshly cooked pasta is finished in large wheels of various classic Italian cheeses just prior to being served"…and YES…It tasted as cheesy and delicious as it looked!
These dishes were courtesy of Forma restaurant in Santa Monica, California.
The dish seen here is a "Chitarra Cacio e Pepe" tossed in a Pecorino Romano cheese wheel. The other wheels of cheese shown are a Grana cheese, a Bella Lodi cheese, and a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
