Like butta… Reverse sear… Bro and some mashed sweet potato. Quick cook. Salt, pepper, garlic, and butter. Stainless steel pan for the sear.

    I buy 650 paper plates at a time but I have some shallows dish china dinner plates for steaks that hold a nice preheat and help keep the steak a bit warm

    My wife doesn’t allow it.. unless we’re hosting 20 people I eat a peanut butter sandwich on a proper plate. I miss a quick paper plate.
