Made a lasagna and doubled the bolognese and bechamel sauce for later use

Meal prep is about making life easier when you can. For me that's doubling up on sauces when making it so you only have to do it once. Also did this with butter chicken and saag recipes. Extra sauce sits in the freezer until next meal.

Lasagna from this recipe and bechamel from here. Can easily make more lasagna or just toss on pasta or ravioli for a quick meal.
