This is by far one of the best steaks I have ever had and cooked to absolute, buttery perfection. Do not sleep on a good looking chuck roast. You can either break it down and cook each part separately, but I enjoy grilling it whole.

Side to go along with it was loaded tots.

Damn that looks amazing. What was your internal temp when you pulled it? I always struggle with chuck

And don’t sleep on a steak seasoning. Which did you use?

It almost looks like Kinders woodfired garlic steak seasoning

Bro stop posting this shit dude… Chuck roast is going to be 12 bucks a pound once people figure out how to cook it… Don’t fuck this up for us… Everyone else I can guarantee the steak had too much jaw work and you shouldn’t consider attempting anything close to this.

Chuck roasts are nicely marbled. But they are so cheap because many people don’t understand the concept of cutting against grains. And these chucks have muscles run in 3 different directions, like this one here. If you isolate it in 3 different parts, and cut against the grains, you will have a tender and tasty piece of steak.

Damn, that looks beautiful. Dunno how you got such a nice pink color at 143F. Impressive!

  6. I’ve never grilled a chuck roast. How’s the tenderness?

If it’s good you don’t need apple’s help saturating your pics.

Chuck roasts are getting super trendy in LA. The gig is up.

  9. If this tastes like it looks, you need to bottle it up and clone it.
