Two public holidays next week but I kept the routine up. Still have some frozen meals so went ahead with

  • baked vegetables; broccoli, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, aubergine, carrots, onions; seasoned two ways and oven baked for 40 mins at 200c (tossed midway)

  • an America-styled chilli dish – 1kg minced pork, 2 cans of mixed beans , 250g of soya chunks , 1 can of tomato puree, onions, garlic and a spice mix of Korean chilli flakes, smoked paprika, pepper , salt

Could be eaten with rice, may try wrapping it up too 🤣
