    Please post your recipes!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    Salmon:
    1) Season with salt / pepper.
    2) Pan sear skin side up first for 4 minutes then flip and sear for 3-4 minutes.

    Salad contained: leftover pulled pork, corn, hard boiled egg, grape tomatoes, lettuce and topped with crouton (when I ate it…with ranch).

    Stir fried broccoli with garlic, season with salt/pepper. Simple.
