    Are those black olives? Regular black olives?

    I kind of like the idea but I would change some things about it. Consistent green dollops instead of them getting smaller. Tighten the potatoes to the main dish, they look rather lonely out there. Clean up the loops, perhaps a finer tip squeeze.
