2 photos of my smash burgs tonight. I’m still new to these. All ingredients are high quality except for the shitty bread (I’m in a rural area and very limited on selection). Beef is Snake River Farms Wagyu (shipped) and the tomatoes are fresh off my vines.

Condiments are a burger sauce of Dukes mayo, yellow & Dijon mustard, a few squirts of Heinz ketchup, a few splashes of Worcester sauce, and some minced garlic. Whole Vlasic dills sliced. Vidalia onions sliced thin and smashed with the beef Oklahoma style.

My microwave hood vent sucks and I set off the smoke alarm twice searing the beef but it was worth it and always will be. Happy weekend fam!
