Used local eggs, ham, and cheese from up the road. Hopefully the ham on the bottom prevents soggy tortillas.

Nice! Breakfast burritos like this are my favorite meal prep. I find that wrapping them in a paper towel before bagging them up in plastic helps prevent the soggyness. Then, when reheating, try taking off the paper towel, getting it just a bit damp, and rewrapping it around the burrito before microwaving. The moisture from the paper towel steams the burrito when reheating, and the cheese melts perfectly. 🙂

That looks like something I could pull off. I will try this tonight.

Super simple, but I bet that’s great. I always forget how good ham and eggs in a burrito are.
