New to this but absolutely loving it! I dont think there’s a better feeling than pulling a fresh loaf out the oven. Thank you to the community for this recipe. Go Ravens!

100g starter, mixed with 375g water and 500g unbleached all purpose flour and 12g salt. Mix it all up, let it sit 30 minutes.
Stretch and fold four times every ~20-30 minutes, bulk fermented until it's doubled-ish, then refrigerated for like 12 hours. Bake 450F for 30 minutes in a dutch oven, lid on then ~20 minutes lid off.
